Yogurt sample turns out to be bottle of paint

BEIJING, April 12 --A woman got sick after she
ate a container of yogurt that turned out to be a sample bottle filled with
paint.

Zhu, a teacher, bought the yogurt last Friday at a
store in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, and grabbed the first container of
yogurt she saw.

The salesgirl gave her a straw and Zhu took two sips
and realized it tasted strange. The staff told her it was a new flavor.

Later, they found that the bottle was a sample filled
with paint. The woman had to go to the hospital after she felt strange in the
throat and stomach.

She was treated and has since asked for compensation
from the dairy company. The company told police that Zhu took the sample
intentionally because she has other motives.
