BEIJING, March 5 -- A burglar attracted attention

from police officers because he was counting a big pile of money on the

street.

Police questioned him and discovered that his

Identification Card was stolen.

They also learned he was a native of Gansu province

who was on a wanted listed for other crimes.

Feng admitted to police that he was also a burglar in

Gansu and continued stealing in Beijing where he targeted offices and hospitals.
